The recipients of the Data are the authorized member of the staff of the Centre for European Constitutional Law, who are bound by confidentiality obligations, and our partner companies (see above, under 4), who process your Data as Processors on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

Do we send your Data abroad?

Yes, but we do not send your Data outside the EU. Your Personal Data is only stored and processed within the EU.

When do we delete your Data?

We delete the Data of messages received via the contact form, immediately after the correspondence between the sender of the message and the organization has been completed.

We delete the Data for sending a newsletter as soon as you indicate that you no longer wish to receive newsletters by using the unsubscribe option included in a prominent place in each newsletter.

We delete the Data collected by Cookies in accordance with our Cookies Policy, which you can see below (under 14).

We are committed to safeguarding your Personal Data.
